Helpful and amiable staff with great local knowledge. Good choice of food in the hotel, rooftop restaurant.

the hotel was comfortable, as for me everything was nice. my room was exceptionally nice and featured magnificent view. the location was nice, within walking distance of marina park. there were shopping centers and a market around the venue.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near a grocery store, major mall, and markets, making it easy to access amenities and shopping.

This place had a quiet and great location, right next to the ocean and the crowded beach area, and it was just a short walk from Bocagrande.

Conveniently located just 0.5 miles from the airport, making it super easy to get to. The staff here were really helpful and super nice, which made for a great stay. The facilities were also top-notch and added to the overall positive experience. Great spot for exploring the area! 🌟

The staff at Hotel Hernandez Ctg were patient and exceptionally nice, always there to help. The rooms were clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The hotel provided great service, and the free WiFi was a bonus.

The beds were super comfortable which made it easy to have a great sleep. The facilities were nice and the rooftop view was absolutely gorgeous. I loved how the hotel was located close to a grocery store and mall which made it easy to get what I needed. the room itself was spacious, clean, and included a fridge and locker to store my things.

Communication with the host was a bit of a challenge as they primarily spoke Spanish. Another issue was the noise level from the breakfast area which was located above our room.

Great room with ocean view, cold AC, English/Spanish TV and free Wi-Fi. Spacious, clean, with a fridge and locker. The hotel facilities are fantastic with an amazing rooftop, and location is close to grocery store and major mall. Transportation to the city center is affordable, and breakfast was included. The staff members were friendly and accommodating.

If you're looking to be right on the beach, this hotel is worth considering. the location provides easy access for beach-goers and has a view that will take your breath away. the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms for your convenience.

The construction work happening nearby might cause some noise disturbance occasionally.

The location of the hotel was great, right by the beach and with easy access to the city center. the hotel offered us two complimentary breakfasts which was a nice touch.

The hotel could use some renovations. the room we stayed in only had a window that faced the corridor, and to add insult to injury, the blinds didn't cover it properly, so it was as if there was no window at all.

The rooftop restaurant at Hernandez Suite was a good surprise. The ambiance was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. I loved starting my day with a tasty meal while enjoying the beautiful view. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the port for tours and the Hop on Hop off tour. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
